- Worked with McDonald’s social marketing coordinator to produce a community marketing kit of resources for Western Canada that was eventually adopted nationally and subsequently internationally.

The Kit begins with an important Planning section followed by the Four Pillars that we have always instinctively supported: Events, Education, Sports and Ronald McDonald’s Children’s Charities. Activities in these areas put a face on McDonald’s and allow us to stay relevant to the broad spectrum of customers we serve. Strategic tips are found throughout, collected from successful individuals in our system. Many of the programs link together compatible ideas from different pillars, enhancing the flexibility and usefulness of this resource.
